Baking was always a hobby of mine and I loved making birthday cakes for family and friends. However, as with the rest of the world, I got into sourdough during lockdown while living with family in Melksham, UK. With all the baking I was doing, I was sending loads of pictures to my mom and friends. So, I decided to create an Instagram page to share my bakes. I never imagined that it would grow as it has!
