Focaccia in two ways!
I LOVE a good focaccia (as does at minimum one of my friends…you know who you are!). I usually make a sourdough focaccia because I love the gorgeous bubbly, soft and crispy texture of a sourdough focaccia. But a friend from work recently asked me for a yeasted focaccia recipe so I decided to develop side-by-side, and equivalent sourdough and yeasted focaccia recipe!
Basic shortcrust pastry
It’s good to have a reliable easy pastry recipe in your arsenal. Very little beats a good shortcrust; buttery, short, crisp, delicious…Need I say more?
Easy Quiche
I’ve often been stuck with leftover bits ‘n bobs. Whether it’s roast chicken, veggies, cheese, brocolli, or smoked salmon, most things can be plonked in a pastry case, have a simple egg custard poured over them, topped with cheese, and baked into a delicious quiche!
All Butter Puff Pastry
Crispy, flaky layers and buttery moreish-ness… If you ever thought you couldn’t make your own puff pastry, I’m here to tell you that you can! (and should)
Chocolate fondant with whisky caramel
Good news… This is the most delicious and decadent fondant you’ll have in your life. Bad news… You’ll have to order something different for dessert the next time you eat out!
